NRI Paste4Alert Project Terms and Conditions

End Users

These Terms and Conditions (Agreement) govern the participation in the Paste4Alert Program (the Program) initiated by Natures Renaissance International Ltd. (NRI or the Company). By participating in this Program, customers agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Overview of the Program

1.1 The Paste4Alert Program is a give-back initiative under which a verified purchaser of NRI toothpaste products will receive a 5,000 naira cash reward after purchasing the product at the retail price of 3,000 naira.

1.2 The cash reward is issued as a gesture of appreciation for customer patronage and is not a rebate, loan, or investment return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 To qualify for the reward:

  • Purchase one (1) Adult Charcoal Toothpaste, or
  • One (1) Childrens Charcoal Toothpaste, or both (not more than one of each per week).
  • Purchase must be made through an authorized NRI retail channel (vendor).
  • Customer must complete the short form at point of purchase with Full Name, Active Nigerian Mobile Number, and Valid Nigerian Bank Account Details.

2.2 The phone number provided must be unique and active, and will serve as the primary identifier for eligibility.

2.3 Each mobile number is limited to one Adult Toothpaste and one Childrens Toothpaste purchase per week.

2.4 Participants must be 18 years or older. Parents/guardians may register purchases of childrens paste on behalf of minors.

3. Reward Disbursement

3.1 Upon successful purchase and form submission:

  • A verification code will be sent within 1 to 6 hours.
  • The 5,000 naira reward will be credited within 24 hours of verification.

3.2 All payments are via secure bank transfer. No cash or third-party rewards.

3.3 NRI is not responsible for delays due to incorrect details, network errors, or vendor misconduct.

4. Purchase Validation and System Controls

4.1 The Program uses an automated verification system linked to the customer's mobile number.

4.2 If a mobile number exceeds the allowed weekly purchase limit, subsequent entries will be automatically disqualified for this program only and no reward will be issued.

4.3 Duplicate entries using different names or bank accounts under the same phone number will be flagged as fraudulent and disqualified.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to request proof of purchase (receipt or transaction code) in cases of dispute or suspected abuse.

5. Duration and Termination

5.1 The Paste4Alert Program is open for an unspecified promotional period and may continue or end at the sole discretion of the Company.

5.2 The Company reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the program at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • Modify the program rules, reward structure, or eligibility criteria as deemed necessary.

5.3 Termination or changes to the Program will be announced via official NRI communication channels including the company website and social media.

6. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

6.1 Any attempt to exploit, game, or abuse the program, such as through multiple SIM registrations, falsified purchases, or use of bots, will result in immediate disqualification and possible legal action.

6.2 The Company reserves the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious activity,
  • Withhold rewards pending verification, or
  • Ban repeat offenders from future company promotions.
7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Customer information collected during the program, including bank and contact details, will be used solely for the purpose of reward processing and program evaluation.

7.2 All personal data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

7.3 By participating, users consent to the collection and processing of their data in accordance with applicable Nigerian Data Protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 NRI shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or delay in reward payments due to incorrect information provided by the participant.
  • Failed transfers due to issues with the participant's bank or network.
  • Technical failures, system outages, or errors beyond NRI's control.

8.2 Participation in this Program does not create any agency, partnership, or employment relationship between the Company and participants.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 All disputes, claims, or concerns related to this Program shall first be addressed via NRI's official support channels (telephone lines, social media handles, or email). Any user who boycotts the arbitration set up of the company, and sues the company without first exploring arbitration, will automatically lose all rights and privilege in this document.

9.2 If not resolved within 10 business days, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.

9.3 Venue for arbitration shall be Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria and the language shall be English.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the eligible product and submitting your personal details, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
  • You agree to be bound by the terms herein.
  • All information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.
